I hired Gunn Construction and Development for the renovation and de.sign of a new facility for my Mercedes-Benz repair business. It was not a large project by any means, but was always treated as it was their most important project. Rett Gunn and his group of managers and contractors diligently and smoothly worked with through several unforeseen issues that arose during the renovation process. They responded quickly to any requests or changes made by myself mid-construction. The project was completed ahead of schedule and on budget.
Since the completion of this facility I have hired Gunn Construction and Development for a fairly simple storm damage repair and was again impressed with Rett’s attention level and response time. Knowing that I didn’t have to worry about getting my building back together allowed the business to get back on track almost immediately. Atlantic Station in Atlanta is one of the largest smart growth and sustainable developments in the country. It’s a 130 acre development in the heart of Atlanta and is designed to be a blend of middle and upper income housing with restaurants, retail and entertainment. Our office teamed up with Gunn Construction and Development, Inc. in a design build joint venture to provide the central energy plant for this new development.
