Rett Gunn is the President and co-founder of Gunn Built, a full-service construction firm for commercial and multi-family projects.

Mr. Gunn co-founded Gunn Built in 2023 and has more than 30 years of experience in the construction business with a strong background in construction management, project management and business development across a range of markets including industrial (public and private sectors), retail and restaurants.

Prior to Gunn Built, Rett held positions as Lead Project Manager and Sr. Business Developer for Barton Malow, and was responsible for several successful multi-million dollar renovation projects which included the Pentagon, FBI Headquarters, Philips Arena (Atlanta) and Georgia State University. Mr. Gunn holds a Bachelor Degree from the University of Florida (Arts) and also from the University of North Florida (Technology, Building Construction) and has a Masters of Science, Building Construction Degree from Texas A&M.

Rett is a multi-licensed unlimited Commercial General Contractor in Georgia and Florida.

Clifford Geiselmayr brings over 20 years of construction expertise to the Gunn Built team, combining an architectural background with deep, hands-on project management experience across residential and commercial sectors. Trained at the Savannah College of Art and Design, where he earned both his Bachelor and Master of Architecture, Clifford approaches every project with a builder’s instinct and a designer’s eye — bridging the gap between plans and execution with precision and care.

As the founder of Clifford Stanley Construction in Marietta, GA, he has led a wide range of projects from preconstruction through final closeout — managing estimating, budgeting, permitting, scheduling, and crew supervision across jobs valued from $600K to over $15M. His tenure at Cablik Enterprises further sharpened his ability to deliver high-end custom homes and mixed-use developments on time and on budget, with projects ranging up to $3.75M.

At Gunn Built, Clifford serves as Director of Operations, overseeing the full lifecycle of construction projects with a focus on budget discipline, subcontractor management, client communications, and profitable outcomes. His track record spans luxury residential builds, multi-family developments, and commercial tenant improvements — making him a versatile and trusted leader in the field.

Nicole Duna is a Philippine Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and serves as Controller for Gunn Built, LLC, overseeing the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and project cost management for commercial construction projects.

Nicole has more than 10 years of professional experience in accounting, audit, financial management, and regulatory compliance across multiple industries including construction, banking, insurance, education, and financial services. Her background includes expertise in financial reporting, operational controls, budgeting, and process improvement for both U.S. and Philippine organizations.

Prior to joining Gunn Built, Nicole held various leadership and finance-related roles in banking institutions, educational organizations, and financial service companies in the Philippines, where she managed accounting operations, audit functions, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Nicole is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Accountancy at De La Salle University – Manila, and is actively involved in professional accounting organizations in the Philippines, supporting continuing education and professional development within the accounting industry.

Samantha Levis is the Director of Business Development at Gunn Built, LLC, where she leads revenue generation, strategic partnerships, and market expansion across Georgia and Florida. She brings a results-driven approach to BD that combines deep relationship intelligence with the operational discipline of a systems strategist.

Samantha’s work sits at the intersection of construction, technology, and business growth. She designs and deploys AI-powered outreach systems, CRM pipelines, and automated lead generation infrastructure that allow Gunn Built to identify and pursue the right opportunities before the competition knows they exist. Her approach to BD is data-informed and relationship-first, built around the 5% of the market where trust drives selection and pre-construction partnerships convert to long-term general contracts.

Before joining Gunn Built, Samantha built and led business development operations across multiple industries including healthcare, legal, financial services, and real estate. She has a track record of building BD systems from the ground up, operationalizing complex pipelines, and turning warm relationships into signed contracts. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and operates across the Atlanta metro and Tampa Bay markets.

Irina Del Cid serves as Director of Special Projects at Gunn Built, where she leads the cross-functional initiatives that keep the company’s growth engine running. From private capital sourcing and project development planning to CRM development, investor relations, and HR infrastructure, Irina operates at the intersection of strategy and execution — ensuring that every project, partnership, and process is built to scale.

Irina brings over a decade of experience in finance, operations, and internal controls across construction, real estate, and regulated industries. Prior to joining Gunn Built, she served as a Senior Internal Auditor at Innovage and Internal Auditor at MYR Group Inc., where she led SOX compliance programs, enterprise risk assessments, and operational audits across multi-entity organizations. Her earlier career spans financial analysis and compliance roles at Arrow Electronics, Fairway Independent Mortgage, and the State of Colorado’s Division of Workers’ Compensation.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from John Brown University. A bilingual professional fluent in both English and Spanish, Irina brings structure to complexity and clarity to high-stakes decisions — making her a cornerstone of Gunn Built’s continued expansion across Atlanta and the Southeast.

Nicholas Walldorff is a Managing Partner and co-founder of Gunn Built, LLC, a full-service construction development firm for commercial and multi-family projects.

Nicholas has over 30 years of experience in the design, engineering, construction, finance and management of real estate across multiple asset classes including residential, multi-family, mixed use commercial, hospitality and health care.

Prior to Gunn Built, Mr. Walldorff held a CIO position at Covington Investments and while there successfully led several healthcare facility projects out of financial and construction distress, and managed multi-million dollar renovations in Florida and Tennessee.

Nicholas holds a BBA Bachelor Degree and a Master of Science Degree in Finance and Decision from Georgia State University.
