Project required close attention to details regarding historic elements that were incorporated into the building. The Melting Point is a live entertainment venue that includes a stage, upstairs seating, VIP and bar area. The project included steel framing, stucco and brick. The interior elements included multi-elevations and extensive millwork and railing work.
